Cookie Statement

DO WE USE COOKIES?

Click behavior and visit data
At www.outtrade.eu, we maintain general visitor data. Thus, your IP address of your computer, any username and the time of the visit may be. This browsing data is recorded in order to understand how our website is used. Through this analysis and the use of cookies, this allows us to optimize our website even better. We try to anonymize the data and, of course, it is not given to third parties.

What is a cookie?
To measure is to know. Many companies think this way and they need cookies to do so. A cookie is actually a small file that a website puts on your computer’s hard drive. This also makes it possible for analysts to separate users from one another, in part because the cookie is set when you visit the website. We use cookies to remember your settings and preferences. You can disable these cookies through your browser. Cookies from the American company Google are placed through our website, as part of the “Analytics” service.

Google Analytics
Like many companies, OutTrade now uses Google Analytics to record how users use the Web site and the browsing behavior it generates. Stored data is stored by Google on its servers in the United States. To be aware of Google’s privacy policy, you can read the privacy statement here. A separate policy is also in place for Google Analytics.

Google maintains information about website usage through these servers. For example, we may receive a report from this to inform us of possible advertising opportunities. Only if Google is required by law and if third parties need to process the information, Google may provide this data to third parties. OutTrade has no direct control over this. Therefore, we have not given permission to use the data for anything else.

Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
Should you encounter share buttons on this website for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram, for example, these are realized by a code provided by these media themselves. Among other things, that code places a cookie. To understand more about this as well, you can read the privacy statements of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Newsletter
We create a newsletter to show our (potential) customers what developments are going on within the company. This can be in the personnel area, but of course also in the product or trade show area. Your email address is only added when you give your own permission to do so using the sign-up button at the bottom of the website. Each newsletter also provides an opportunity to unsubscribe yourself. The newsletter subscriber database is monitored by OutTrade and not otherwise provided to third parties.
